to start the year embodied, connected and inspired!
Flying Start is a potent way to inject energy and joy into the beginning of a new year through dance and embodied practices
Five mornings of short movement sessions to support you to land more fully in your body and connect to yourself and what matters to you, in a held space, with community.

If you know Dr Seuss's great poem Oh the places you'll go, and if you are a human being on Planet Earth at this time, you know that life has its ups and downs, its mix of great and not so great inner and outer places that we go to. But having 'feet in your shoes' ie being grounded and present in our bodies certainly goes a long way to helping us navigate life's rollercoaster with more choice, agency and resilience.

How It Works

We meet on zoom for 30ish minutes every morning at 8am UK / 9am EU / 10am SA

You can buy a pass for the whole week or drop into single sessions.

2Tune in
All you need is a clear space to move, a stable internet connection, speakers or wireless headphones and you are set to go. You do not need to have your video on while we dance though it can be nice to create a sense of community connection.
No previous experience or fitness level is required.
3Fly
You will be guided through simple practices supported by words and music to find the medicine of your own movement. There is no right or wrong way to move. This is an invitation and permission to follow your own rhythm!
